Upon full payment of project invoices, all custom software code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client become the sole intellectual property of the client, as outlined in our service agreements.
3. Limitation of Liability
Arkesh Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server outages, client misconfigurations, or unapproved code modifications by external teams.
