1. Software Project Milestone Payments
Software engineering projects are billed according to milestone agreements. Advance milestone payments are non-refundable once sprint development work has commenced. If a project is cancelled prior to sprint initiation, advance fees are refunded minus discovery costs.
2. Training & Certification Courses
Trainees may request a 100% refund up to 7 days before course commencement. Refunds requested within 7 days of course start are subject to a 15% administrative fee. No refunds are issued after 2 classes have been attended.
